Refund policy

You may return most items within 14 days of purchase. For a full refund, packaging must be unopened. If you opened the product, and are unsatisfied with the specialty coffee, you could receive a partial refund providing the perishable product is well-preserved. 

Please email me with your name and order number, so that we may provide you with a printable shipping label.

Upon retrieving and inspecting the return we will process your refund to the original payment method, or contact you for an alternative form of repayment within 5 - 7 days.
